Snow College got up early and pulled away late from ASA in the first ever Carrier Dome Bowl. Both sides had strong individual efforts, but Snow was able to capitalize on ASA turnovers which led to the victory. FoxSportsNEXT breaks it all down inside.

Snow College scored 33 consecutive points in the second and third quarter quarters to pull away from ASA in the first ever Carrier Dome Bowl. The Badgers used a balanced offensive attack and aggressive defensive scheme to give the Avengers trouble all game. Snow's defense forced four turnovers and sacked ASA four times in the victory.

Offensively for Snow, receiver Damond Powell stood out. Despite his 5-foot-11 175-pound frame, he was able to get open at will against the ASA secondary. He finished the game with three catches for 150-yards and a touchdown. He should have had an even bigger day but he was overthrown on a number of occasions despite getting open downfield.

Running back Breon Allen showed flashes of being an elusive runner. He was most affective on kick returns, where he averaged nearly 40-yards per attempt. He has good speed and vision.

Defensive end Jake Miller won defensive MVP, and was able to get into the ASA backfield all game. He finished with one sack, one and a half tackles for loss, and six total tackles. His presence was felt beyond those numbers, and he used both speed and power to disrupt the ASA rushing attack.

ASA had a few standouts as well. Defensive end Desmond Hollin was all over the field, showing great lateral movement and solid instincts. He was at his best coming off the edge rushing the passer. He finished with two and a half sacks and another quarterback hurry.

Linebacker Kadeem Willis was disruptive as well. He helped limit Snow to just 2.2 yards per carry on the day. He has great instincts and a nose for the ball. He finished with a game-high nine tackles.

Running back Hosey Williams was the best player on ASA offensively. He finished the game with 97 yards on 20 carries including a one-yard touchdown run. He showed patience, explosion through the hole, and solid open field speed.
