Contra Costa's Butler headed to USU

It's been a very successful winter for Contra Costa prospects as several have committed to play for FBS programs and the latest is WR Ronald Butler (6-0, 190) who recently committed to Utah State according to Comets head coach Alonzo Carter...

Butler chose the Aggies over offers from Middle Tennessee and Southern Mississippi and he was getting heaving interest from Texas according to Carter.

The sophomore wideout led the Comets this past season in receptions (55), yards (870) and touchdown receptions (13).

He is on pace to graduate in May and he will have three years to play two when he sets foot on campus.
