Key sees recruiting pick up

Aiona Key update

Mt. San Antonio College had a great season in 2007 finishing second in the state of California JC rankings after losing to National Champion CCSF this past weekend. One of Mt. SAC's top playmakers this past season was a player who arrived late to campus -- WR Aiona Key (6-4, 200) -- and he's just now starting to get the attention of some D-1 programs.

"I had a good year, but it was frustrating losing that last game," Key told JCFootball.com. "They were a good team, but I thought we could beat them. We both have talent and it was a really competitive game and we just didn't make the plays we needed to when we had the chance to make them."
